She has also been prescribed Azathioprine for organism diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 2 years ago. Patient also has a history of very high triglyceride levels and has been diagnosed with hypertriglyceridemia. Patient also has a history of corking pancreatitis. Patient may have a history of intoxicant abuse. SYMPTOMS: Patient came in with severe type AB pain, unwellness and vomiting, along with feeling fatigued.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FINDINGS: Because of the patient being obese, we tested and found idealistic levels of lipids and too lots calcium in the blood to diagnose her to have penetrative hyperlipidemia along with having modest hypercalcemia.
