This term can be applied to my life because I am blow up several sociable stems and whatsoever of these groups all toldow my family, the group of friends I interact with, and the neighborhood in which I live in. favorable groups involve two kinds of groups and these include primary feather groups and secondary groups. elemental groups argon small social groups whose members contribution personal and long-lasting relationships(Macionis, 2013). An example in my life that demonstrates this group is my close friends from superior work because I share certain subjects with them then I wouldnt with another social group and the fact that we all have strong relationships with matchless another because of knowing each other for quite more or less time. A secondary group is much different than primary groups because it consists of a large and achromatic social group whose members trail and certain goal or activity(Macionis, 2013). A secondary group that I belong to is cosmos in a carve up with a large heart of people because most of the people in those classes deal with students that I dont have strong relationships with and wont see them regularly by and by the semester ends. In terms of lead roles within groups there are two kinds which are subservient and Expressive leaders. Instrumental Leadership refers to group leadership that focuses on the completion of tasks(Macionis, 2013).
